@alexwilliams I'd love to see a legit and pragmatic list of those things in the Enterprise IT space that #AI will change. We're still struggling with matching and clearing open items, forecasting, account reconciliation, etc.

Enterprise execs love to talk about customer service transformation. For decades we have heard this. Now they say AI will really change it, again.

@Deadspin couldn't agree more. It's not just the total lack of on-court success or modern arena (which takes political muscle) but he couldn't even get a practice facility built (their's is the worst).
