I ran at our conference championships and got to go to finals and ran the 110 hurdles (15.92) 300 hurdles (39.19) and the 4x400 (3:26.71) I split 51.2).

I got to run at the Mason invite and ran the 110h (15.59) 300h (40.23) and mixed 4x400 (3:58.78)(I split around a 51.5). Still work to be put in as post season starts.

Another great night for The Firebird Track and Field Family. Saniya Taylor breaks her own school record in the 400m and the Boys take the Team title!

I was grateful to run at the Dawn DeHart Invitational. I ran the 110 hurdles (16.43) 4x400 (3:29.02) and 300 hurdles (40.54 pr). C/O 2029

Had a great senior night meet pr’d in the 110h running a 14.59(School Record Time) and in the 300h running a 40.8

Had a great week of track and field! Pr’d in both 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles, beat the school record in the 110h shuttle relay, and ran a top 10 time in the state in the 4x200 meter relay. More work to be done‼️ @WestTrackField
