🚀 We're roughly 48 hours from the next Artemis II launch opportunity (April 1 at 6:24 p.m. EDT). This will be the first crewed deep-space flight since 1972 and may well break the record set in 1970 for the furthest distance humans have ever traveled from Earth.

Artifacts from the Pittsburgh Courier's Double V Campaign (victory at home and abroad) exhibited at NMAAHC.

A Tomahawk cruise missile (the munition that killed 168 people, many children, at the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, Iran last month) in an exhibition examining the myriad ways that American Indian images, names, and stories are used and abused in American life.

I'm in D.C. for ABA Day and to lobby for robust congressional investment in the essential work of the Legal Services Corporation. I snuck in some time to visit the National Museum of the American Indian and the National Museum of African American History and Culture again.
