I only say Luffy is below Naruto simply because there's still a tone of abilities he can still access without kurama, he practically has the abilities of multiple devil fruits in the context of if he existed in the OP universe

Unfortunately a bunch of creeps exist online and create weird worlds for rp/socializing. Never normal ppl there.
