@WHOOP Hey there Whoop Support. It feels pretty shitty to have an open ticket ignored. Requests for information ignored. Promised follow up ignored. I am beginning to think that you do not have a support team.

@WHOOP have got a new whoop band, facing issues with band. Chasing whoop support since 24 Jun, till date no resolution and no responses from last 4-5 days. Is this the customer experience you intentionally provide.
