The American people deserve the truth. FDA, do you remember Covaxin? The traditional whole-virion vaccine that you forced to jump through every bureaucratic hoop, while you were fast-tracking mRNA boosters based on trials conducted on just 8 mice? You urged the company to seek approval through a U.S. BLA trial, and they did—spending over $100 million on a massive Phase 3 trial that yielded top-line data showing broad protection against all variants of concern. Yet, despite this, you never approved an alternative traditional vaccine option after they successfully navigated your obstacle course. Why? Because just months after those results were published, you changed the rules to block any vaccine built on the original virus. This effectively killed the market for traditional vaccines based on the whole coronavirus. Meanwhile, you rolled out the next set of mRNA boosters, designed to mimic just a tiny piece of the spike protein on a virus that’s famously studied for its high mutation rates. It’s been four long years, and you still haven’t approved any competitor vaccines. The government collects royalties from mRNA sales, with companies like Moderna paying over $400 million in a single year. But those profits wouldn’t roll in from a traditional vaccine sale, would they? How has this financial entanglement influenced your decision-making during the pandemic? Your job is to serve the public—to prioritize science and protect the American people. But you’ve failed in that duty. Instead, you’ve used taxpayer dollars to accelerate only the development of “vaccines” that you own patents on, blocking all competitor vaccines for over four years. Do you really think the American people will trust that this next round of mRNA boosters will finally work, after six previous rounds failed to deliver? Your actions have severely damaged your credibility. Government entities should never receive kickbacks from the sales of drugs they’re responsible for approving. This is an egregious conflict of interest, and we’re living with the consequences. The amount of blood on your hands is staggering. Next-generation vaccines that have been proven to stop transmission are approved overseas, yet Americans have no choice but to take this mRNA snake oil. This is the biggest scam our country has ever seen. It’s time for real journalism to uncover the truth. There must be accountability, and the American people deserve to know who the main perpetrators are. Rest in peace to all those lost in this pandemic due to this corruption.

Exactly, they need authorized shares just like NVIDA google or any other company. If shareholders won’t approve shares they will have no choice but to RS. Company has shown countless times their interests align with shareholders, they won’t dilute us to hell, it took them 5 years to use the last 150m, this batch will last them years to come while they commercialize their 3 blockbuster drugs globally. 🍻

For me incentives/company structure is huge and forms my opinion on what's to come. Here management has had to earn their ownership over years and it's in the form of vested fixed rate warrants, fixed at price of SP at time awarded, vests in chunks over years and expire after 10 years. To put it simple, they fuck us with poor decisions they fuck themselves even harder. Basically it’s not a worry for me, I know their interests align with mine and know it took them 5 years to use the last 150m they authorized. Imo safe to assume it’ll be used strategically and on obligation like comp over years and lead to growth just like the 150m lead us to 3 blockbusters. 🍻

$OCGN yet again. Another trial, this one for Stargardt disease, advances, meaning the data was good. Multiple drugs using one platform all advancing and nearing commercialization, zero serious safety concerns, and stellar efficacy entering massively underserved markets. The more I see these results, the more I feel like the guy begging people to buy Bitcoin back in 2013. It’s just so damn obvious to me that the Phase 3 results in Q1 are going to be stellar. When that happens, the company is going to be re-rated based on the market they’re entering, as well as the other products that will shortly follow using the same platform technology. There are going to be a lot of rich shareholders, and all you’ve got to do is buy a few shares to join them. But most won’t. Why? I honestly don’t know.

@NattaCop With an 80% loss since 2021, I simply can’t afford any more dilution. I believed in this company enough to invest over $100,000. Since then, all I’ve experienced is more pain. Yet I’m still holding because I still believe in the long-term potential.

I’ve always used a higher OS in my analysis, my latest OCU400 one used a 400m OS. This AS increase isn’t due to needing cash, unexpected events or delays ect. It’s simply because we have no authorized shares left and one of the terms in the last cash raise was that Ocugen would increase their AS. This was known but people love to muddy the water and spread fear after a pr like this especially around this stock. Fyi it took Ocugen 5 years to use the last 150m they authorized. 😉 🍻

Yes and here’s my pre print on my theory on why. Once you put yourself in a photon’s shoes, you can start seeing my view easier. From the standpoint of relativity, a photon doesn’t experience time the way we do. It has no proper time. So a photon isn’t changing into a magical wave along the way. It’s connected across its possible paths until our observation places it within our frame. It’s like striking a cue ball in pool. In our world, that ball follows one path, hits another ball, and sends it in one direction. But at the quantum scale, it’s like the cue ball hits the other ball and it goes left and right at the same time. It has already moved toward all of the possible outcomes and exists across those probability points, and only when we observe or measure it does it lock into one certain path and line inside our spacetime frame. And that’s the thing that blows my mind, it’s showing us that we can shift reality just by our mere observation and measurement. Like we can literally change the course of something, and knowing it could have profound consequences for how we understand the universe. This leads to another question though, do our observations kill off all the other simulated outcomes, or do those outcomes continue living out in other frames? To me I like to believe and think it feels more poetic that these other outcomes only die in our frame and live out in others. I actually reflect this in my newest song “Borrowed Time”. Bonus philosophy: is light really limited and constantly moving at c through space and time? To me it’s hard not to notice the giant conundrum there. How can a photon be limited and move at a constant speed when no proper time passes along its path? So maybe c isn’t really the photon’s personal limitation, maybe c is the limitation of the spacetime frame we observe it inside. The same frame we already know can bend, stretch, warp, and collapse under extreme conditions. So maybe to go faster you don’t need a faster car or rocket, maybe you just need to change or bend the road or space ahead of you. $OCGN Psst… this company’s drug for RP is nearing Phase 3 completion. The drug would be approved for roughly 95% of the entire RP market. Meaning even the smallest yearly market penetration equates to billions in revenue. Just in the US and EU: 1% = $4B 3% = $12B 5% = $20B The company is currently valued at only around $497M with cash runway into 2028. Topline Phase 3 data is expected in Q1 2027, and the re rate this company could see is something you’ll want to be a part of. So far, Ocugen’s modifier gene therapy platform is being tested across three drugs, and every trial has continued showing 100% efficacy signals with zero drug related serious adverse events. If Phase 3 data continues that trend, you honestly couldn’t ask for more bullish topline results. At that point, the market will no longer be valuing Ocugen like some speculative biotech. It will start valuing them based on a clear blockbuster drug with a clear path into an insanely underserved market, while also realizing their entire modifier gene therapy platform was just validated in Phase 3. This is when biotech re rates happen so suddenly and violently. While Phase 3 risk is still hanging over a company, the market heavily discounts nearly everything. But once the data clearly points toward approval, those billions in future revenue stop looking theoretical. Analysts rebuild their models, institutions can finally justify stepping in and years of potential sales start getting priced into the company all at once. Bullish topline data could realistically re rate Ocugen into the $10B–$20B range basically overnight. And the crazy part is that would be based on OCU400 alone. The market would then also have to start pricing in OCU410 and OCU410ST, two more potential blockbuster drugs following right behind it using the exact same modifier platform that was just proven to work. Since Ocugen plans to license the drug to meet global demand in ex US/EU territories, revenue will come shortly after top line results from the cash up front in these partnership deals. With manufacturing for US/EU already established Ocugen will see revenue from drug sales after approval later 2027. Both streams should be in the billions. 🍻
