I'm proud to have been nominated as Employee of The Month at East Lanc's NHS trust for the Natter Shack scheme. Not only taking it out in the community but bringing it to the hospital sites at ELHT where we have chat tables for patients & visitors in the restaurants. #nattershack

@BBCWorld I hold a monthly tea dance in a bid to combat social isolation. 90 - 100 people come from all around the north west to spend 3 hours dancing to big band, swing, waltz. Friendships are forming and all that attend said they feel better after they've attended. #nattershack

I now have 17 coffee bars hosting weekly events. Attendees state they never spoke to people for weeks before this scheme started #nattershack
