#cozy afternoon after a day of working in the garden. Love a #boardgame and a coffee with my partner 💜

Rental applications ask FAR too much about your information. This is something I experienced when trying to get a rental a couple of months ago. Landlords do not need to know so much about tenants #Rentals

So, #ttrpgfamily. I'm working on filling out the library's rpg book collection. Any games/publications I should look into?
Looking for rulebooks/settings/help books, or anything else that might be relevant. #ttrpg
I have a big list myself but wondering if I've missed anything ☺️

@Nero_jb @Warlockdnd Did this. In mine, the walls started to glow redder and redder and during their time in the room eventually a PC made a check to see a riddle: "Nothing will let you escape"
One of them then spent about 5 minutes trying to convince the others NOT to pull the lever 🤣

@Warlockdnd My favorite ever was a room with elaborate frescoes on all the walls, in the room were two levers. 1. Started a sand timer. 2. Reset the timer and shocked the puller.
Solution: Wait for the timer to run out.

@Warlockdnd @ThatRaccoon13 Honestly one of my most-used secrets as a DM. I have a gist of what's going to solve it but as the PCs start doing things and rolling checks, new things start happening. I go with other puzzles but these almost always end up being the most memorable encounters

@AlchemyRpg In Extremis. Based on LUMEN system. Had a look and looks pretty fun. Aesthetic is great too 😸

@AlchemyRpg I only just learned that someone made a ttrpg influenced by it too!

@Nattious19 Okay, that series is amazing! Blood and necromancy, yes please.

@titanomachyRPG I said Elden Ring but immediately regretted it 😅. DSR is good, but know that it's slower and more deliberate than the newer ones (a bit clunkier too). really fun tho and since I got it on Switch it's been a really good one to be able to pack it and play anywhere
