@NaturalizerShoe As mentioned earlier, it is not possible to repair since the colour will change. Was advised by Macys to write an email to Naturaliser for refund since they cannot take the return. So would require an assistance from you.

@NaturalizerShoe I had purchased these sandals from Macys just 2-3 months back and have worn only once. Have been sending mails regarding the same since a month. This was not expected from a good brand like Naturalizer

@NaturalizerShoe please bring back the Whitney pump. I finally found a fashionable black patent pump that worked for me. Then, someone stole mine...from church. I changed shoes to work in kitchen for fellowship lunch, tucked them away in a "safe" place. Gone. Help!

Hey @NaturalizerShoe maybe instead of cancelling not one, not two, but THREE orders due to “insufficient inventory”, you should actually mark sold out sizes on your website. Even the sold out shoes/sizes you cancelled are STILL available for purchase on your website!

@Flipkart is a mess right now. Ordered a @NaturalizerShoe Bzeez, 3 delivery attempts - wrong item delivered every time. Luckily open box delivery in first 2 attempts. Third attempt - regular delivery - but used MUDDY SHOES!! And now ‘checks’ are needed for returns!
