Nautilus’ Iterative Mapping Early Access Program gives you the unique opportunity to employ our novel single-molecule proteomic analysis method and platform for your research. Join Now: bit.ly/49dpO5M Our initial fee-for-service offering through the program enables you to be among the first to deeply explore the human tau protein by quantifying up to 768 full-length tau proteoforms in your samples of interest. Studying these previously inaccessible forms of the tau protein may be critical to understanding neurodegenerative diseases as well as developing novel biomarkers and precision medicines. Even if your project doesn’t involve tau, we welcome prompt completion of the form on the page linked here as spots in the program will be limited. We look forward to working with you!

We're proud to announce Baylor College of Medicine as the first customer of our Iterative Mapping Early Access Program! In a study led by Baylor Professors Bing Zhang, Ph.D. and Yongchao Dou, Ph.D, Baylor researchers will leverage the Nautilus Voyager™ Platform to address a central challenge in cancer research – identifying aberrant protein isoforms that contribute to tumor growth, metastasis, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance. The study aims to develop a broadly accessible computational toolkit with improved detection of protein isoforms in conventional shotgun proteomics datasets. By pairing these computational approaches with full-length, isoform-resolved proteomic measurements generated on the Nautilus Voyager Platform, the project enables direct comparison of transcriptional and proteomic changes at unprecedented resolution. We're excited to share that Nautilus Senior Director of Scientific Affairs and Alliance Management, Andreas Huhmer, Ph.D., will be at #ADPD2026! He'll be at his poster (#608) on March 17th & 18th from 10:30am - 1:30pm. Check it out to discover how work powered by Iterative Mapping on the Nautilus Voyager Platform is already beginning to show that tau proteoform profiles have the potential to differentiate samples from cognitively normal and cognitively impaired patients. We look forward to working with more members of this community to discover how tau proteoforms impact disease biology and hope work like this will guide the development of next-generation biomarkers and drug targets. If you'd like to use the Nautilus Voyager Platform to explore tau biology with single-molecule clarity, join our Iterative Mapping Early Access Program: nautilus.bio/nautilusEAP/

The Nautilus Voyager™ Platform is an all-in-one system for comprehensive single-molecule proteomic analysis. We recently unveiled the Voyager Platform at an after-hours event at US HUPO 2026 titled, “A magical evening with Nautilus at US HUPO 2026," and its debut was featured on the Nasdaq building in Times Square! We discuss some of what made the event “magical” in our latest blog post: nautilus.bio/blog/introduci…

US HUPO 2026 represented a critical milestone for Nautilus. At the conference we: 🔵 Revealed new Iterative Mapping data generated by the Schilling and Ellerby Labs at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging providing strong evidence that proteoform analyses can reveal biological differences hidden at other levels of protein biology. 🔵 Invited attendees to be among the first researchers to use Iterative Mapping in their own work through the Iterative Mapping Early Access Program. 🔵 Unveiled the Nautilus Voyager Platform for the first time! Explore the data and meet the Voyager Platform yourself in this blog post: nautilus.bio/blog/revealing…
