90% of walkers seen today were in black. Looks great but very hard for #mountainrescue to find you if you have a problem. One solution is to pop a cheap high vis vest in your rucksack for emergencies (or you could ask for a new brightly coloured jacket for Christmas 🎁😀) Zac

Looking for recommendations for warm packable running gloves. I already have a two glove system which works well but could do with a warmer option for upcoming winter race.

All the gear, some idea, zero ability 😂 BUT gradually building back my running. Very short, 2-3 times a week but it's consistent, without pain (well, apart from the usual aches) and that is what fills me with joy and hope 🤞🙏
