IQ's KRWQ, the first Korean won stablecoin, is now on Curve with a KRWQ-frxUSD gauge! The KRWQ-frxUSD pool will receive CRV emissions once the gauge receives votes and the weight is updated on Thursday at 00:00 UTC.

$KRWQ from @KrwqCash and created by @IQAICOM has joined the Hydrex flywheel. $KRWQ is the fiat backed stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Korean won. Paired with $frxUSD to forward T-bill yield for incentives, initial liquidity is live with a gauge coming soon.

@mert They’ll probably use OpenAI they just struck a deal with the Pentagon and HUMAIN which is backed by Saudi’s PIF backed has already deployed OpenAI models after partnering with Grok. At a chip level Nvidia has also sold to UAE.

some 2nd order predictions from this: - the rich gulf states will almost certainly start incentivizing defense startups. they have trillion dollar investment arms. - specifically, since they are tiny nations, they need autonomous weapons. they can't field large land armies. - but anthropic/openai doesn't allow for autonomous weapon military use, so it is likely the gcc start using chinese AI models - but that is obviously unfavorable for america, so then they'll have to either i) make a frontier lab play ball, ii) start their own effort via help from palantir/anduril - it seems inevitable to me that this conflict directly accelerates the militarization of AI, which in turn implies gigantic state-sponsored spending into the AI supply-chain - however, there's a growing populist movement in the west around being anti AI/datacenters due to potential job loss for the middle class - I think the above tension continues to accelerate until the next USA election. and that election will decide the fate of the West

Everyone's fighting over USD stablecoins. They are growing like fire on Polygon. At the same time: - JPYC in powering merchant payments across Japan. - BBRL was launched by Brazil's Banco Braza. - Koywe is processing $30M/month in LATAM. Local-currency stablecoins are going to be huge. Give it time.

@ben_grossman It's a massive opportunity. Ondo is already leading the way. To bring Korean equities onchain will require Korean stablecoin pairs. @KrwqCash is the first to market. Samsung just hit $1 trillion in mcap on the Korean Stock Exchange. Let's work together on this.
