@VatsMusings @vinatewa_vinay I use SM to post my writings and earn validation for the same. “Likes”, views and follower count are important for us, otherwise no matter how well you write it all comes to zilch. Even Ruskin Bond is on SM now.

We think we are using Social Media.But its the Social Media that's using us. If you have any sense of control,try leaving Social Media and you would realize how addicted you actually are. You are not using SM because you want to,you are using SM because you cant live without it.

Not well again. Something isn't right. Drs aren't able to diagnose. Blood work clean. I'm mentally emotionally drained mostly & now physically too. Unfortunately when this happens I do more physical work. It's psychological I think as rest is that elusive bird never seen
