Saw lots of questions so I’ll do my best to give some context within reason.
Decisions are never made without me discussing with every player.
Yes we have things to work on that aren’t coaching related - we are aware and are addressing those as well.
Roster/staff decisions are almost always made with a minimum of 2-3 review cycles (3 months per cycle normally) worth of feedback.
I’m not a dictator or making decisions because we lost a 12-9 and had stand-ins. This Milan decision alone I had 20 hours at least of just me talking with people in the team before anything was decided.
Feel free to blame me for shit if you want, I don’t mind, but just don’t think this was a panic decision.

After review, we felt like we could get more out of our coaching structure as we try & push for our remaining objectives this season. Wasn’t an easy decision, especially with someone who were all so fond of, but I believe a change was necessary and we can still do great things.

Ca sert à rien de laisser des strats et de l'énergie dans un tournoi T1/T2 de début saison quand ton objectif c'est les champs et que les 3/quarts des équipes qui y vont sont déjà quasi burnout

Welp, if none of them reach Santiago, then all the other teams that have been eliminated will play in the #VCTEMEA Clash.
It's a real shame for all of them, especially for TH and TL considering their recent results.

I’m gonna get sentimental for a second and say this win signifies everything that I fucking love about what we’ve built at @FNATIC Valorant. The playing for each other, the brotherhood that never dies - with @domaVALORANT dropping everything to be here, @FearothVAL ready to jump in if Doma’s flight got cancelled, @OfficialBoaster giving all the boys ultimate belief before this game that we were going to win no matter what, the love of the stage, the never say die attitude (9-1 and 10-1 comebacks this tournament) and overall just the champion mentality. Also the leadership group that handled everything with so little time and supported finding a new player, getting everything agreed, supporting on legal and lobbying Riot, focusing on getting Doma as ready as possible @milanfps @Scuttt_cs @performmentally @sattermon how fucking blessed am I to work with some of the best in the business every day

It’s been a very challenging period over the last 15 or so months and I never expected it to end this way. To see a player as talented and hardworking as Leo put away the mouse due to an illness feels like a knife in the gut.
Leo was a player Mini and I always dreamed of signing and when we finally were able to get him - we felt like we could win anything (and we kind of did). As Mini always said - he was as close to a perfect player we had ever seen. Leo was a great teammate, leader, player and person and he will be sorely missed by both his teammates and the community as a whole. Life is cruel sometimes - and this is one of those times.
We’ll always have LOCK//IN and Tokyo 🖤🧡

After 3 years of last minute clutches, two international trophies and being an undisputable fan favourite, we wish farewell to @leojannesson. Whilst the last year hasn’t been what we or Leo had hoped for, we are incredibly proud that Leo’s career was with us and for all the achievements we had with him on our roster.
