Chelsi Kania is the new head coach of the Navarre Raider softball team. She's walking into a great situation. Raiders return a lot of players from a district runner-up team that also played in the regional.

@NavarreSoftball hosted a little raiders camp for all ages. I’m so glad i was able to help out. It puts the game in a whole different perspective when you are coaching. My view on the game is so different now.

@BLester1993 So very sad to hear this. We always enjoyed his presence at our games. 🙏's for family.

One of our long-time stringers, John Richardson, passed away. He was such a huge part of our paper and especially loved covering girls soccer and girls weightlifting. He often joked he was going to retire, but he always came back the next year. He will be missed. Rest in Peace!
