Since most of the 2XKO appeal is the Riot money: here's the official ruling on SOCD that Riot posted themselves, from EU site but this addresses global tourneys.
Up priority SOCD is allowed. Ikoan/Evo TOs scummy for going around Riot rules.

@Viridianhour The rule being that the players have to play on SOCD neutral, but Globo was playing on SOCD neutral. His opponent, Ikoan, made Globo change it on a whim. SOCD hardly even matters in a game like 2XKO because the game doesn't have motion inputs or charge motions.

Twitch is basically unwatchable these days without subscribing to twitch turbo.
Every stream I open I'm hit with 2+ minutes of ads. Sometimes, when I finish those ads, I'm instantly hit with even more and can't watch the stream before having to watch 5+ mins of ads.

Either players didn't get enough time to learn the patch (in which case what's the point?) or they got enough time to figure out the patch enough to give feedback, giving them a competitive advantage.
If exposure is the point then only invite content creators, not pro players.
