Honestly ready for putting the thermostat in the bin you can’t even get further than the WiFi on the app @NavienUK_ there has to be a better user guide to set your programmes! It’s so frustrating or user videos who knew you needed en engineering degree to work a thermostat

Help please @NavienUK_ we have a new boiler installed& & the Navien Smart Plus Thermostat we have followed every instruction possible, & tried with failure to get the app to work we just want to be able to set a timer for the heating going on & off..need a technical degree!! 😤

@NavienUK_ We work with an Oftec engineer- yours in fact. He tells us stuff which are just hilarious now. “It’s the weather” is just the latest. We’ve been two winters without heating. The thing is coming out. If anyone wants proof then contact me.

@NavienUK_ if anyone is thinking about installing a Navien boiler don’t!!! We had one installed Jan 2022. It didn’t work for first 3 months. They blames the installer, our hot water tank, valves, pump, oil tank. We renewed it all. It didn’t work 2nd winter. It still doesn’t work.
