It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen has announced the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle.

My six year old has now announced she saw the technique on @OperationOuch looking at me with a degree of disappointment - fair cop!

Young son decides to insert Tic Tac up his nostril. I go for the unpopular tweezers option (son says absolutely no) - corrected by friend nearby who suggests quick ‘mouth to mouth’ breath. Immediate result! Common knowledge for anyone in paeds I’m sure but - genius!
