Note that a graduate in late 20s earning £30k pays a marginal rate of 37%: income tax + NI + loan repayment. Someone in late 60s earning £30k pays income tax at 20%. That’s all. And they’ll have a c£12k state pension.

We were promised Business Rates reform to support the High streets, Growth and Hospitality. Hotels are up a staggering 115% British Pubs an untenable 76% and yet... Big corporate supermarkets only 4% Offices 7% Warehouses like Amazon 16% So much for support!! It's a disaster.

There's a small underground Chapel, called St Mary Undercroft which is absolutely beautiful 😍 The corridor beside had a Henry Hoover in it which was hilarious lol

It’s a testament to the man that @POTUS Biden is that he is willing to stand aside for the good of his country. Contrast that with the Republican nominee who literally started riots to cling to power. The world must hope that a President Harris will finally but Trumpism to bed.
