My 3-year-old Roblox account was blocked in the Vietnamese version (VNG) due to accidentally installing the wrong app. I spent 7 months trying to get it back. Here's my story.

For 7 months, I contacted Roblox and VNG support. Dozens of tickets. Their only answer: "Create a new account." They tell me to abandon 3 years of history and money.

After being locked in VNG, I lost voice chat, text chat, the ability to buy Robux, and access to the global client. I can't use features I paid for.

The account was created in 2024. I passed age verification using my Russian passport. I've never been to Vietnam.
