The running theme in my life has been Emotional neglect. Not the easiest thing to get over, when you don't know how is to be meet the right way. Or be supported.

@angelasjaded Thank you Angela. Some times is just difficult to catch those thoughts in time before they set root in the mind and create chaos. Lately I have found out, that just drawing in out of the mind, not writing it is working wonders. But also to give one time to rest.

I do not want to perpetuate negative thought patterns (I have had some darker thoughts lately) Things I can do to help this: Be thankful for what I have Make a list and remind myself how fortunate I am Ask questions and see if it is true when self deprecating thoughts arrive If it may be true/slightly accurate then consider ways to improve and do better Celebrate the little things you've accomplished Take note of the tone you speak to yourself in Is that really your truest voice and self speaking? Remember you are not your thoughts Think of your mind as a garden, and despairing thoughts as weeds to get to the root of and grown from
