@Etsy We are speaking up only in hopes of resolving this issue respectfully, not to attack or disrespect anyone. This shop is currently our only source of income, so we sincerely hope Etsy can carefully review our case once more.

@Etsy We fully respect Etsy’s policies and are even willing to provide proof of our identity, handmade process, and business legitimacy if needed. However, after our appeal was denied, we still did not receive any further response or clarification from the review team.

@Etsy We are unable to contact Etsy support because we can no longer access our account. We simply want to understand what happened and receive a clearer explanation for the account suspension, rather than just being told there was "fraudulent activity."

We sent an email after our appeal was rejected but received no response. We are real people making real handmade products with sincerity and care. We’re willing to provide proof of our handmade process and continue improving to fully comply with Etsy’s standards.
