i would like to see the source code for the confidential mode, open -- so the community can know exactly what is happening when we toggle it on and do transactions within the private shard
i would also like to know how someone can become a validator for that shard and what happens under the hood -- this is a very important next step now that near privacy is getting the spotlight

@kantianum @Nic_Wenzel_1 @near_intents There’s some complexity involved between the transaction confirming on SUI, and reflecting in your near.com balance. At the end of the day, you’re not wrong that ideally that complexity wouldn’t affect your experience, and that’s what we’re working towards. 💪

@kantianum @Nic_Wenzel_1 @near_intents When you’re integrated with 40+ technically different chains, getting to the bottom of why a particular deposit, on a particular chain, got delayed can take an engineer a bit of time. It’s a complex system. But no funds have ever been lost.

And I haven't DM'd the support since i was provided this explanation. Crazy how communication can be helpful

And to be clear, onchain is 24/7, and the support should also be 24/7, being friday night isn't even a good excuse for your poor support quality.

Anyway, not trying to be sour here. I know there's nothing more concerning than a delayed transfer. Perhaps we can find a technical way to say, "Everything is OK. Your funds are not lost. But there will be a delay." Even with resolution uncertainty, that would probably make the experience better.

I contacted you on friday night, and you gave me no follow up. Was told just now that it was linked to SUI feeless stablecoin transfers. 3 days later.
I suggest you review your customer support because I had to wait 3 days to get an understanding of what could be the issue - and it's from an admin on Telegram, not from the email support ticket.
Your process is clearly not up to what I'd expect from an app processing tens of millions in organic volume.
The simple fact that my funds aren't accessible after 3 days is already a big issue, whatever the reason it is.

@kantianum @Nic_Wenzel_1 @near_intents You contacted us on Saturday, and *twelve* time over the weekend. Many reasons a deposit can get stuck, including auto-AML flags. Don't know what your situation is, but if it requires escalation, it would enter the queue on Monday.

near.com launched in feb. I joined in march. training ended on may 5 methinks. probably nothing

I now do all my swapping on near.com. It’s almost, and soon to be, my everything app.
But in crypto prehistoric times, ie last year, it was CowSwap all the way. They changed the game, and forced people trading at work to kill the volume.
