@AttorneyofFacts Julianus, you don't need to sign up for anything to use the scanner. You can use it with the free Neat Scan Utility without signing up for anything, or with other 3rd party scanner solutions.

@neatsupport Sure since your asking to me sign up .. can you please tell me what jurisdiction your legally registered. If I register in #California than again you would commiting a crime for which I am obligated to address those legal issues.. #RealityCheck

@neatsupport so there are multiple changes which I would like to have you change with the product. The scan utilty is outdated and I would like some changes to the software I would also like to but some attachments which properly straighten the document as it enters the scanner.

@neatsupport so here is the thing. I think this scanner requires a series of upgrades and has so much more potential than you may understand at this time. I would like know if you are publicaly traded comany at this time to invest in the future of your business.

It appears that while presenting a statement to @NeatSupport the service @Twitter elected to change the screen shot to an advertisement for trial signup. its funny how a complaint was presented and #Twitter elected to monetize on a problem.. #FunnyAsHell #DECEPTION

@mike20878, you asked if we "still tag records that were previously exported?" - We don't tag exports to files (e.g. CSV) but do mark exports to Quickbooks if you use that. We have an Ideas portal (ow.ly/hQEo50v2QNF) that you can request for future consideration. Thanks!

@gangnonr You would have to export the PDF but you should be able to highlight and select text to be copied from the PDF file.

@dharmeshsinghal @nestsupport Are you troubleshooting scanner hardware? We do not have authorized repair centers but if you are under warranty you are likely to be eligible for a replacement. Please provide specific details about what you are troubleshooting.
