One of the most challenging things about ME/CFS awareness even at the level of patients being understood by the people around them is that it defies so many illness tropes. You cannot "will" yourself to "beat" ME/CFS. And trying to will only result in hellish severity. #MECFS

Who here developed a chronic illness, autoimmune issue or any type of health issue after a Covid infection? If so, which one? If you had one before Covid, did it get worse after a Covid infection?

Update #longcovid from the last days: - No bulging veins in my hands after eating - no heat feeling as well - no poising feeling yesterday and today. It could be cortisol ?! I added Rhodiola rosea and the Big 6 lymphatic workout. I am very reserved here. I don’t believe it’s that easy… let’s see - much more stress resistant - waking up refreshed in the morning! No tiredness. But still waking up occasionally in the night - no swollen hands while waking up I even was able to shower today WITHOUT feeling sick / fatigued afterwards
