At the regional ECD forum in Kigali, Rwanda, NECDA’s Chairperson engaged regional and global actors in discussions on the evolution of the network, lessons from Uganda’s ECD landscape, and the importance of coordinated systems, partnerships, and implementation.

Early childhood development is increasingly becoming a continental priority and Uganda’s experience is part of that conversation.
