@dtsr52pw @WindowsUpdate If you knew how operating systems work, you wouldn't ask that question or post that response. If you want the highest level of update stability, you should switch to macOS, since Apple controls both the hardware and the software. Most of times, the problem is the drivers itself.

@encoword No; As per the Leaks, There will be improved Animations and AI focused features and system wide integration with 3rd Party Icon support ( Most Demanded ) in Origin OS 7. It's True that There won't be any big redesigns but some parts will have new Look with Glassy effects.

OriginOS 7 global will have minimum to moderate addition of new things. Not largely. Liquid glass will be integrated in some parts as per a source. Inconsistencies will be solved or not is still unknown but I don't think all will be solved at once 👀

@Superman18d Polishing is what OriginOS 7 needs, it's design is good actually, it doesn't mimic other companies heavily like HyperOS mimicking Apple. But the consistencies should be fixed and taken into the company account

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows includes a Global Device ID (GDID), a permanent identifier automatically assigned to a PC during installation. According to Microsoft, the GDID is used for security purposes,The company says it is not used for advertising or tracking users across apps and websites. Unlike advertising IDs, the GDID cannot be disabled or reset by users, as it is designed to remain tied to the device for its lifetime. Microsoft publicly acknowledged the identifier only after it appeared in court documents related to an FBI investigation.

@rajgupta7813589 You can do everything in Windows literally. Don't listen to Linux fans talking about customization, you should be an OS engineer to be able to modify the system to meet your needs. People don't understand the difference between the Win shell and the NTKernel

Windows is literally 10x better than Linux. People just don't want to admit it.

@iRaj_r It hasn't that number of fine details you find in ColorOs or OriginOS. I can't reject the number of features but I had no use of them personally. One UI. If you wanna bliss your eyes, don't look at OneUI

@iRaj_r No, it's not the best. First, the animations wre very simple and basic very similar to stock android one, qnd this doesn't giv you a premium feeling like OriginOS for example. Secondly, it's not visually appealing as it use 2D flat materials with single tone colors. (Very basic)
