Mark Bederow should wear a clown hat and clown nose so that people know before he even opens his mouth he's a clown. Sir, ARCCA never tested the CW theory when they were commissioned by the U.S. Attorney's office. They tested whether a human head could break the taillight and built a potato cannon, neither of which had anything to do with the prosecution's theory of the case. If she can't prove John goes in the house, then she loses the defamation case against the house defendants. They don't need to prove she did anything. Her story is fabricated

They were fighting, he got out, he took 36 steps, she reversed at 24 mph at 74% throttle, she clips him, he hit his head and died of the wound and hypothermia. That’s their federally mandated responsibility. They legally cannot just decide to aid a private citizen’s criminal defense in a clandestine relationship.

Otherwise it was something else. The body in this case wasn’t struck (or “clipped”) by a Lexus. Injuries inconsistent with that. Fact.

She said to Dennis Murphy on Dateline.."he didn't look mortally wounded." Murphy asked "that's when you dropped him off" and Karen answered "yes, it was"

Why wasn’t it promptly removed by law enforcement or the prosecution team upon arrival?
The new owners of 34 Fairview have cameras. Did law enforcement review footage to determine who did this?
