⚡️BREAKING: Norway has become the first country in Europe to start denying collective protection to Ukrainian men fleeing war and forced mobilization. If you’re a Ukrainian man of fighting age, your life, your fear, your bodily autonomy, and your right not to be thrown into a trench against your will suddenly matter a lot less. In other words, Norway is now aligning itself with Kyiv’s policy of coercion toward Ukrainian men — helping enforce the idea that men are not human beings with rights, but a renewable military resource to be processed and consumed by war. And these are the noble “European values” Ukrainians are supposedly dying for? Shame.

@henrycooke Hmm. Curious to know if policy has been subject to a Bill of Rights Act vet re discrimination? I think WFF has survived challenge on that basis before -- but I wonder if rationale here holds in same way when being squeezed isn't significantly affected by having children or not?
The 150 homes they're opposing will be literally next door to the tube station. This is the perfect location for desperately needed new homes.
