No response from the customer support team. They are just closing my tickets without resolution. Copy pasting the repeated template based replies.

@viditaatrey @meesho_support why you guys keep closing the ticket without resolution? Support provided by you guys is pathetic. I haven't seen such carelessness in any organization. Even CEO is also become an audience. What's the meaning of your presence?

Delhivery hub has confirmed pickup support for pincode 274202. However AWB allocation fails with 'Temporary issue'. This indicates seller ID is not mapped with Delhivery routing system. Kindly escalate to logistics integration team for seller-courier account mapping refresh.

Still No label Generation after Pincode updated to 274202. Business is going into loss. this is the pathetic response i ever got on any platform.

@meesho_support @viditaatrey what about the old tickets, that were closed without resolution? Are you guys joking or what. Sellers don't have to do business. They will just keep raising new tickets and you close them without resolution

Issue still not get resolved. just keep creating new tickets. old tickets get closed without any resolution. I am still not able to generate labels after pincode changed to 274202. huge business loss & cancel

@meesho_support @Meesho_Official @meeshotech @viditaatrey As you can see Old ticket is closed by you without resolving my issue. I have created a new ticket for it i.e. 8770982906650. Please route it to Logistic backend team. so that they can connect the loose points. Otherwise send me the labels manually on my email id.

Sometimes Support Team calls with Internet generated numbers. to seller contact number. those calls get automatically blocked by Network service provider
