महिलाओं का आरक्षण: लोकतंत्र का स्वप्न या राजनीति का चालाकी भरा आधा वादा? भारत का लोकतंत्र आज भी एक गहरे सवाल से जूझ रहा है, जब आधा आकाश महिलाओं का है, तो संसद के 543 आसनों पर उनका पूरा, सच्चा प्रतिनिधित्व क्यों नहीं? महिलाएँ इस देश की आधी आबादी हैं, फिर भी उनकी आवाज़ को “एक-तिहाई” तक सीमित रखने का क्या तर्क है? सरकार ने 2023 में नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम पास किया, यह सच है। लेकिन अब 2026 में नया खेल शुरू हो गया है। सरकार की नई शर्त है: पहले लोकसभा की सीटें 543 से बढ़ाकर लगभग 850 कर लो (परिसीमन के नाम पर), तब जाकर महिलाओं को एक-तिहाई आरक्षण दो। सोचिए, अगर सरकार सचमुच महिलाओं को समान शक्तिशाली नेता मानती, तो मौजूदा 543 सीटों पर ही आरक्षण क्यों नहीं लागू कर दिया? क्यों इंतज़ार? क्यों यह शर्त? क्योंकि 543 सीटें “सुरक्षित” हैं, पुरुष-प्रधान सत्ता के लिए। नई सीटें बनाकर ही महिलाओं को जगह दी जाएगी, ताकि किसी पुराने सांसद की कुर्सी न छिन जाए। क्या यह महिलाओं के प्रति विश्वास है? या फिर यह संदेश है कि “तुम्हें जगह चाहिए तो हम पाई बढ़ा देंगे, लेकिन अपना हिस्सा नहीं छोड़ेंगे”? मैं आरक्षण का पूर्ण समर्थक हूँ, बिना किसी शर्त के। क्योंकि लोकतंत्र तभी सच्चा है जब हर वर्ग की भागीदारी हर जगह पर दिखे, न कि केवल भाषणों में। महिलाएँ कोई “विशेष वर्ग” नहीं, वे इस देश की बेटियाँ, माताएँ, बहनें और सक्षम नेता हैं। पर जब सरकार आरक्षण का बिल लाकर फिर उसे “सीटें बढ़ाओ, तब लागू करो” की शर्त से बाँध देती है, तो सवाल उठता है, क्या यह सच्ची नारी शक्ति है, या वोट-बैंक की चालाक सजावट? साथियों, आरक्षण कोई दान नहीं, बल्कि सबका अधिकार है। और अधिकार को “पहले सीटें बढ़ाओ” कहकर टालना, लोकतंत्र के साथ अन्याय है। मैं महिलाओं के पूर्ण, और बिना शर्त प्रतिनिधित्व की माँग करता हूँ, न केवल लोकसभा की सीटों में, बल्कि हर मंच पर जहाँ फैसले होते हैं। क्योंकि जब तक आधा देश प्रतिनिधित्व में बराबर नहीं होगा, तब तक भारत सच्चे अर्थों में समृद्ध और समान नहीं कहलाएगा। नारी शक्ति का सम्मान करो, न केवल शब्दों में, बल्कि इरादों और व्यवहार में भी। #WomenReservation #NariShaktiVandan #LoksabhaExpansion #SacchiSamanta #LoktantraKiAwaaz
