Look at his playing career, he won everything through hard work and dedication and that carries on into his managerial career. Robins took us as far as he could, and we love him for it.

Great point - Lampard just has a winning mentality. As Cov fans, we have been conditioned for the majority of the last 30-odd years to have a losing mentality. I've found some matches this season really difficult watches because I'm not used to that pressure and expectation to win every week. Lampard won matches and trophies again and again throughout his career.
