I’m was delighted to work with @NeilCllr on a motion at #edincouncil today to try to speed up the process for City Plan 2030 to be approved. New powers in the City Plan are essential to tackle holiday lets, improve energy efficiency & protect green belt. 1/2
Deeply disappointing that Labour w support fr Lib Dems & Tories have voted to delay City Plan. This will mean more STLs get approved in the city, w subsequent impact on housing costs. 😔
