@Monster_mnuch It’s tough. Need another five or six signings! Two wingers/wide forwards, maybe a striker unless one of those can also play down middle, a DM, probably a right back, a back up left back… oh and possibly a centre back too!

@Monster_mnuch I never found him incredibly frustrating. An erratic finisher but rest of his game made up for it. He was an elite player and he’s proving it again at Bayern. But it’s fine to disagree on a player. And we both agree not replacing him was criminal.

@NeilDocking If we got eg semenyo no one would’ve been arsed about Diaz. Top class on his day…incredibly frustrating otherwise. Darwin esque reel of sitters he missed too. We have to turn the squad over…when good money comes in for lower than elite level players, get rid

@Monster_mnuch 17 goals was it overall. Top class player. One of our best last season and so versatile can play anywhere across front three. Was a terrible move.

@NeilDocking 65 mil for a 28 yr old with 8 league goals last ssn for the runaway champs…no one in their right mind turns tht down. Hes a good player but you seem to have confused him with Suarez.

@KMPepper That’s my view. I think we’d be at least that many points better off in the league and in a title race as a result.

@NeilDocking Wouldnt have solved all our problems but I suspect we'd be 9-12 points better off and comfortably in a Champions League spot if we'd kept him.

@Monster_mnuch He’s always been fast and a class ball carrier/dribbler. And he’s faster than anyone in our attack! Capable of match winning moments of genius. Never stops grafting. Loved him and selling him now a major part of an infamous summer transfer window.

@NeilDocking Have you seen him over these 2 legs? It breaks down with him so often. He hasn’t got bags of pace either. If we got a 7/10 winger in the summer we’d barely have thought twice about him.
