From Dublin to dairy farming Cailín O'Sullivan is currently completing her agricultural placement on the farm of Eamon Mooney in North Kilkenny. Coming from Dublin and an all-girls school, Cailín says she always felt a little different growing up — while others wanted to do typical teenage things, she wanted to work with cows and spend time on farms. Now studying agriculture and gaining hands-on experience during calving season, she’s surrounded by people who share the same passion for farming.
