Enjoying running 🏃‍♂️ each day this month and so far it’s day 21 which means 105k done ☑️ and only 50k remaining by end of January. I’m thankful for the health & strength to be able to do this mini challenge 🙏🙌 #running #5k #thankful

Congratulations Daniel & Adam; inter-pro champions 🏆☘️🏑❤️ Well done securing the titles after goals and wins for both boys today, playing for Ulster U16&18’s against Munster today in a very wet and windy Dublin 🤩☔️ We’re thankful for the friendships made along the way. 🙏🙌

'Keep going!' 📣🤩 This is what a friend shouted out their van window at me this week as they passed me out running. It gave me such a boost of encouragement to keep going. Whatever you're training for, working on, or trying to figure out; can I encourage you to 'keep going!' 🙏

Enjoyed meeting with leading safety professionals today in Belfast at the NI Safety Group Annual Conference. It was an honour to speak and share my experience in the industry with the delegates. Great to have some of our ⁦@EmtekIreland⁩ team at the event too. #safety 🙏🙌
