And now I’m here in this beautiful pub in Maida Vale, London. As you can see from the door to the left of the bar stools, this is one of the last surviving pubs that was originally built for dwarves, or midgets as I think they’re now called (or possibly elves). I have to limbo dance with my drink to get through these four foot high doors, but it’s worth it to know that I’m supporting the little people.

Hatzola is different because they don't attend general public events. St John's is a planned service.
Hatzola are specifically first responders and founded for the orthodox jewish community hence why they exist around jewish communities. They have 24/7 medics who drop everything to arrive at the scene within 2 to 5 mins, bypassing the NHS queue.

Jews are the only group who operate their own ambulances (hatzola) and police (shomrim) in Britain.
They do this in 14 other countries, mostly European.
In the US, Hatzola has been accused of tending to jews while non-jews have died at the same scene.

Anyone reading about the ‘arson attack’ in London might be surprised to learn that the Jewish community have their own Hatzola ambulances.
They also have their own police force called Shomrim.
Did you know the Jews run parallel emergency services for their own people in Britain?
