@SaginiJojez @commissionase fact is we all want same thing for the club, hopefully Carrick does something special
English

@Nelson_mufc @commissionase As I said earlier, football doesn't revolve around possession style. UTD has never been a possession-based club. Even post SAF, we had better spells with the likes of Ole and Jose than the times of Amorim and LVG.
Personally, I prefer results to style of play.
English

@Nelson_mufc @commissionase Possession football can't work at OT. We have tried it with LVG and Amorim, and it ain't our thing.
English

😂😂I get your point about football is about result , but can you say that about City, Arsenal, PSG, Barcelona, Bayern Munich etc we aren’t a defensive side we are an attacking threat…. We just want to dominate team play good football and win games😩😩not sitting back sucking in pressure and wait to counterattack
English

@Nelson_mufc @commissionase You guys need this obsession with possession football. Most of you were ok to "suffer" under Amorim, as long as he has possession 😂😂😂😂
Football is about results. That's why managers like Jose have been successful despite him using Defensive style of play!
English

@SaginiJojez @commissionase Apart from the big six teams that counter attack could possibly work You telling me even at Old Trafford we gonna sit back and counter attack against low block team right???🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
English

@Nelson_mufc @commissionase If you understand football, Carrick plays Direct style of play with counter-attacks! So, we need transitional technical players like Tonali and M. Fernandes.
The problem with you guys you think football rotates only around possession.
English

@commissionase For sure. The major key here is the right player profiles.
English

This is ridiculous without even interviewing others😩😩😩interim job and a permanent manager position are two different things, if they give home the job ill still back him but INEOS will have to take full responsibility on this one when it goes side ways
Ben Jacobs@JacobsBen
Michael Carrick in a strong position to get the Manchester United job permanently. As revealed with @alex_crook, formal talks set to begin before the season ends. Significant support from senior leadership ahead of an an executive committee meeting this week. Manchester United insist nothing done yet, and multiple names form part of their process, but the direction of travel is for Carrick to be named the preferred candidate for the role.🔴 More on @talkSPORT.🎙️
