Barcelona have played pretty brilliant here, I think. Some great combinations inside, the pace on the ball is at such a good tempo. Generally been really impressed with them, Yamal & Torres look ON it. The only thing I’d say to be cautious about is… Atleti have been good at pulling Barcelona horizontally on the break (sweeping attacks from left to right). When Barca are trying to connect in the small spaces and the balls lost, Atleti are making the pitch big, using switches/sweeps from Griezmann, pace down Lookman’s side & Llorente’s legs pushing the depth too. The cutback is on consistently. Games set up soooo nicely here though.
