@ManishKumar_22 But are they all dissolved in the same solvent. By spiking you will have them all in the same matrix in case that plays a role

@NemetGroup Actually, these fractions (sample 1, 2, &3) have been collected from same pure compound injected to HPLC-UV-FC. Later all three fractions along with the original pure compound (last sample) were analyzed on LC-ESI-QTOF using all the same factors: column, mobile phase, methods.

Having trouble understanding the RT shift of pure compound when run using same machine & configurations. Fraction 1, 2, & 3 (top 3 panels) were collected through HPLC-FC after injecting pure compound (last panel). Still I have 3 RTs of same m/z having 100% MS2 spectral matches.
