I DID IT!! I can’t believe I actually hit 2K ELO… I’ve put an insane amount hours/games into Live, so hitting 2K feels super gratifying. Just a regular dude joining some elite company 🤝

Turn 2 Greninja/Barrage from Meowth > Petrel > Candy. I’m loving Petrel over 2nd Tenacity as it allows you to operate from a different angle if it’s not the right time for Tree. It’s also clutch for Red Card. Flexibility & versatility are key here. Oh, & you don’t need Shaymin.

I used 1 Wally on Froslass to heal 180 damage. Then they followed up with just 60 damage. Then I used Surfing Beach to bring up Starmie & got a couple OHKO’s on Honchkrow with 2 Ignition’s. If they can’t OHKO, they just deplete resources & fall significantly behind.

Off to a 3-0 start with 2 Wally version. Everything else is on-point. I’m testing different cards for the 2nd Wally flex spot to determine which one performs well most consistently & helps shore up some of the more difficult matchups like Zoroark.

@Terijuro_ 20-7 was the version with 3 Boss. 9-2 is the version with Catcher. I’m doing separate stats for different versions. My current elo is 1580.

@CrashPlace56 I’ve been trying different cards for the 60th card. It’s been 3rd Boss, which improves our prize mapping with 3 Ignition energy. I’m now trying 1 Boss, 2 Catcher. I’ll also try 2 Boss, 1 Catcher. Petrel can find Catcher.

@CrashPlace56 I’m just testing it. There’s been several situations where you need to Boss, but also have to Lillie, or Hilda. It recently happened vs Mega Greninja/Zoroark. I had 1 prize left to their 2. I needed an energy on Starmie, so I Lillie’d, got the energy + Catcher FTW. 1/2

To everyone younger than 30: You will lose friends over the years no matter how hard you keep good energy. People grow and people go. The best people i ever met all met me through Yugioh when I was addicted the game. I had to quit to grow though. Now I have been 5 years out of yugioh and have been going down a nostalgic road that honestly has left me sitting at my desk missing friends I used to see every weekend that are now either dead, states away, still playing the game lifeless af, or completely different and hard to bond with. It's a weird head space rn for me

I finished 4-3 for 25th out of 151 players tonight in the Last Prize Limitless tournament. The only highlight was beating 3 Festival in a row lol Like Crustle, Ninja Star dominates it. I lost a very winnable match vs Absol because I didn’t play Meowth. Also, I missed Latias.

@TempoPTCG I’d love to play against it with Ninja Star. I’d like to see how it stacks up.

Mega Excadrill decklist. This deck is proving to be one of the frontrunners going into worlds. And I think a list similar to this is going to make a deep run at worlds. Taking winnable matchups into pretty much everything is nice as well. New BDIF?
