I now understand why Flick plays Araujo at RB. Araujo at RB means Yamal won’t have to drop back to defend often. He will be free to express himself higher up the pitch. The only downside is that he won’t get support from the fullback on the attack.

I’ve consistently been one of Ferran’s biggest defenders on this platform, but you can’t speak like this given how poor the performances have been. Very happy he got his goals tonight, but the past 3/4 months have been dreadful. That’s not negativity, it’s facts.
