@FTMKeienburg when I play solo ranked and my team has 3 players with max mythic and I play against 3 players with inferno and above… wtf. Teams are not balanced at all. I can’t waste my time in game that doesn’t even attempt to make it a fair fun match.

@BrawlStars @AdrianHaggqvist @Dani_Supercell @FTMKeienburg it’s so frustrating playing solo ranked and get such uneven teams. It’s not fun to get destroyed every game. At least one of these high ranked players should be on the other team. This is inexcusable. Do better!

@BrawlStars I love solo queuing; getting put on a team with way lower ranked max score and put against at least 2 teammates queuing together. What world do you think this either fair or fun. I’m done with this bullshit.

@BrawlStars Don’t say this is the fairest solution because it’s clearly not. 2k does not equal 15k.

Earlier today, we had two issues: - A 25k Coins offer to players who didn’t own Doug (claimed by around 5% of the daily active players) - The Fallback offer appeared again to some players (around 0.6%) We disabled the offer and reviewed the impact to find the fairest solution for this situation. Our outcome was: - Players who received the unintended 25k Coins will have 10k Coins deducted (an additional -10k if it happened twice) - Everyone else who was not affected by the issues above will receive 2k Coins at the Shop as compensation We know it’s not the perfect solution, but it’s the best we can make to avoid players having negative Coins for a mistake on our side. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for your understanding!

We're aware of the issue that resulted in a mega offer giving 25K Coins to players who didn't have Doug yet or players who have collected the True Gold Skin and the fallback. We have now disabled that offer and are investigating the issue and how to solve this in a fair way to all the players.
