I’ve recorded over 758,000 impressions, reached 185,000+ members, made 4,700+ connections, and added around $14,000 per month in revenue. Here’s exactly how I did it. Nothing skipped. Nothing hidden. And if you want behind-the-scenes tactics on engagement groups and growing fast, follow me, share this post, and comment “LinkedIn x growth secrets 2025.” First, a quick note: A few weeks back, I took a break from posting. My numbers dropped fast. Now that I’m back, everything is picking up again. The strategy still works. Every single time. There's 2 parts to my gameplan: Content output and content engagement. Let’s break both of them down. Content Output (The Visibility Engine) I aim for 3 posts per day when I’m not traveling. When I post less, my reach dips. Simple as that. Weekends matter too. Less noise means more visibility. Here’s how volume plays out: 10 posts = 1 decent hit 30 posts = 3 to 4 solid posts 50+ posts = at least one viral piece Afternoons tend to work best for me. But test your own timing. Ignore underperforming posts. Nobody remembers them. Format Rankings (Best to Worst) Carousels – Great for tutorials, step-by-step guides (2 to 3x reach) Tweet-style images – Clean statements or quotes (1.8x reach, slipping slightly) GIFs or Videos – Product demos, stories, walkthroughs (1.5x reach) Static images – Stats, visuals, and infographics (baseline reach) Text posts – Clear, useful, and to the point (70 percent of baseline) Carousels are still outperforming everything. Tweet-style image reach is fading a bit, might be an algorithm shift. Always include CTAs like: “Comment X if you want Y” “DM me for help with Z” Content Engagement (The Growth Multiplier) Every like, comment, and share expands your reach into new networks. Spend 75 percent of your LinkedIn time engaging: Like posts from creators in your space Leave useful, specific comments Re-share content with your thoughts Connect with everyone who interacts with your posts, unless they look like bots Focus on: Creators in your niche Founders, CEOs, and decision-makers Marketers and operators Ghostwriters running big accounts behind the scenes Engagement Groups Help a Lot Join or build a group with 5 to 10 active creators. Support each other in the first hour with: Likes Comments Shares Need help finding one? Drop a comment and I’ll connect you. Also: DM your top engagers Leave thoughtful comments on new accounts Daily Engagement Checklist Comment on 20 or more posts Like 50 or more posts Reply to every comment on your content DM 5 new connections It might feel awkward at first, but LinkedIn is where decision-makers spend their time. If your business sells to operators, this is where you want to be. Try this strategy for 30 days. On Day 31, check your numbers and see how far you’ve come. First 10k month for the brand ✅ After struggling with bans and stock issues in November and December, we’re scaling again. January was also a solid month with around 7K in revenue. Biggest lesson so far: creatives are key. Deep diving into our ideal customer persona using: Reddit, forums, Amazon reviews, and YouTube has helped refine messaging, uncover new pain points, failed solutions etc.. Using this research to create persona-driven listicles: Marathon / runners → Running listicle Winter sports → Wintersport listicle Hyrox athletes → Hyrox listicle Also increased AOV by introducing a €110 premium bundle. March will be a slower month due to stock running low, but mid-April we’re launching a big restock along with a new Mango flavor. Subscriptions are growing, currently at 72, aiming for 100 by June.
