@blumspew @elonmusk It starts at $3 though. You’re not wrong about it being a significant boost though. I’m not experiencing a Maga wasteland at all. Maybe try interacting with different types of posts or tagging the MAGA ones as not interested.

@AuthorJFuller Hate to say I've been there back in the 90s, myself. Made a costume, strolled on stage at the school dance, was the only one booed off. Really sucked the fun out of the night. Kids just suck sometimes.

Today i was reminded of how awful and cruel kids can be to other kids... Dante was so proud of his costume and wore it to school for the costume contest (that he has won 2 years in a row) and a bunch of kids made fun of him, picked on him, and even ruined his costume and broke it apart while he was wearing it causing him to phone Nikki to come pick him up cause he didn't want to be there anymore. Their reasons were because the character is from an anime and anime is for losers... i am heartbroken for him, he is so upset he doesn't even want to trick or treat tonight and just wants to hide in the house. All i want to do is break something...

@NeoSekundes True. I like that the genre is finally getting some recognition, but that comes with a lot of negative sides too.

@lavenderlemelon Those that get a 2nd season are usually decent, but yeah, that's probably 1 in 10 at this point. I hate to liken it to scraping the barrel, but some shows just needed more source material, better adaptation, or a bit more budget. But not much we can do on those fronts. :/

@NeoSekundes I do love isekai. The current trend of isekai anime has... created a cookie-cutter formula for them, but it's still enjoyable to a point.
