I don’t want Malema to go to jail, I think a suspended sentence or a fine will work but Adv Ngcukaitobi is problematic for saying such - he fought JZ’s lawyers for the same thing and said JZ must go to jail and nothing will happen. He made a lot of submissions on this that led to the July unrest.

According to the TMPD Deputy Chief, ANC people name-dropped the EFF in an attempt to secure tenders. Newzroom had a BREAKING NEWS headline on TV claiming that Sgt. Nkosi has implicated the EFF in Tshwane corruption, which was a lie. Nkosi never implicated the EFF in anything. They did not have BREAKING NEWS on the fact that the EFF has been exonerated and they lied to the public. Trash journalism must have no place in society.
