@Corballyred I remember that you and I and many others had been slated for our view that Slot was not good enough when he was appointed. It is now coming to fruition and LFC are now poorer for it and the sad thing is we all get hurt by it.

I was making the ten Hag vs Slot comparisons back in April 2024 😄 Never bought into the appointment. Even after we won the league, I still believe someone like ten Hag would’ve done the same job for us in 24/25 — especially with Salah’s form and the drop-off from Arsenal and City. Now that everyone’s making the same comparison two years later, its vindicated what I said at the time😂

@davidlynchlfc If Alonso goes to Chelsea, I will never forgive LFC! Slot is not go enough and we will find out next season when we are struggling again and he will be sacked in October and we will have no great candidate to take over. Two seasons will be wasted over keeping Slot!!

Yesterday changed nothing, Slot still looks out of his depth and the performance was well below par. Any ambitious club would already be lining up a new manager for next season. Sadly, I have zero confidence that Edwards and Hughes will make the right call.

No intensity in training videos explains it. -Love Salah, but that was painful. Take him off penalties. -Midfield is a joke — the space we give teams is criminal. -Gravenberch cannot play 6 next season. No chance. -Wirtz was excellent first half. He'll shine under a new manager. -Ekitike looked sharp in patches. -Gomez actually kept Doku quiet for once. -Jones isn't Liverpool quality — let him go in the summer. -Konate was all over the place. @Corballyred He hasn't adapted or changed...even when things were going pear shaped for Klopp, he adapted and did well and at least there was some fight in the players. There is nothing from Slot. Justified in my stance not wanting him as manager of the club a season ago.

They're already prepping you for Slot staying next season, no matter how this one ends🫢 The reality is FSG, Edwards and Hughes are as much to blame as Slot. They all rode Klopp's genius. Without him, FSG would be among the most hated owners in football & Edwards would be a total joke👍
