Despite what a lot of people were telling me, I really enjoyed my time with Crisis Core!! The game does have clear flaws. It does stumble with repetition with missions as well as voice acting, But the story, music, and themes? Its so damn good and gutwrenching. 8.5/10 🙂‍↕️

Another thing that fucks me up about the ending of Crisis Core is that Zack and Cloud were RIGHT THERE. They almost made it to Midgard and could have escaped Shinra for a while… I’m never getting over this.

@TaroTheCerelean The combat while simple its a bit bariating to the power and skills you choose. Some go flashy combo, others can go range. I choose to make a full parry build. There is no elemental damage sadly, so once you have the build you choosed you are likely to stay on it.

But wait. I thought people told me that the combat system in FF16 was garbage? 🤨
