@Jeffreplay32 We have not yet set up a system for special licenses for streamers, but we are looking into it. Ideally the solution would be centered around a modest fee membership which would include DMCA free licensing for streaming use.

@Jeffreplay32 We do not enforce DMCA takedowns (unless it's an aggregious incident / abuse of course), so for YouTube specifically you simply are unable to monetize the video if it includes any music from NN, which is fairly standard fare.
