@NerdyScienceGrI Funnily enough: light sleeper typically means that your ancestors (thousands of years ago) were the ones typically alerted to watch for danger

So far, my favorite part of having a Fitbit is the sleep analysis. I’ve always known I’m a light sleeper, but aren’t I supposed to get at least a bit more REM & deep sleep? Is this why I’m perpetually tired no matter what time I get up? 😅😴
